Information you choose to share
The recruitment form collects your name, Kent State email, class year, major, phone number or Instagram handle, and how you heard about AEPi. Responses are submitted to a Google Form controlled by Phi Deuteron and are used by chapter leadership to follow up about recruitment.
Website analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general site traffic and performance. Cloudflare may process technical request information under its own privacy terms.
External services
The recruitment form uses Google Forms. Other links and embedded services—including Instagram, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and additional third-party resources—are governed by the privacy practices of those providers.
